Jeffery DeVille

FOUNDER

Jeffrey DeVille brings 19 years of experience specializing in finance, secured by Commercial Real Estate, Residential Investment Real Estate, and other assets.  Mr. DeVille specializes in bridge loans, debt structuring, and loan underwriting, as well as managing the origination team. Mr. DeVille has structured and facilitated the closing of more than 1250 transactions totaling more than $95 Million in short–term bridge loans and $125 Million long term loans nationwide.

Mr. DeVille is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and a Licensed Real Estate Specialist in the State of Florida.
